 Nicole Burrowes is an Assistant Professor of History at Rutgers University. Her scholarship informs emerging directions in modern Caribbean and African-American history. Her research explores social justice movements, comparative histories of racialization and colonialism, Black Internationalism, and the politics of solidarity.
